HealthTech Startup Sparks - January 2024

HealthTech Startup Sparks is a recurring monthly event to ignite connections and fortuitous collisions among Pittsburgh’s network of life science and HealthTech entrepreneurs, coroprate and academic innovators, entrepreneurial students, and the ecosystem which supports them. Each event will feature a fireside chat with experienced entrepreneurs or innovators, opportunities for networking, and connections to resources or programs which serve those seeking to commercialize medical or healthcare-related technologies.

For January 2024, we are featuring Dr. Rebecca Jacobson, MD, MS, FACMI, President of Astrata, Inc.! Prior to the fireside chat, we plan to have an optional facilitated networking activity to promote new connections and interactions across our ecosystem.

What to expect:

1. Innovators’ Journeys: Hear from successful entrepreneurs and innovators about their highs, lows, breakthroughs, and lessons learned throughout their journey of bringing a healthcare innovation to life.
